The Senior Associate, Project Management position helps to manage the streamlined workflow of Global Prairie projects. This role protects and grows Global Prairie’s client and client partnership team relationships through exceptional coordination of resources to keeping projects on time and on budget.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Working across all our Global Prairie functional teams and offices, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:  

  • Assisting in defining scope, creates staff plans, and enforces timelines which align with Global Prairie internal and client needs 
  • Overseeing the internal progression of projects from kick-off to completion 
  • Managing the execution of work, which includes: tracking ongoing projects, routing deliverables for approval, monitoring scope, and analyzing financial performance 
  • Ability to execute projects based on direction from multiple sources, while maintaining effective relationships 
  • Communicating and reporting on project status and budget to internal team members 
  • Establishing positive relationships with functional teams, client partnership teams, vendors, etc. to effectively lead and drive performance and understanding of the business need 
  • Collaborating with the Finance Team to track and report on revenue/forecasts 
  • Assisting in identifying best practices for developing new systems/processes/tools to enhance Global Prairie’s ability to deliver exceptional client work 

 

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience 
  • Prior roles in marketing, data science, consulting, project management or similar with demonstrated increasing responsibility  
  • Bachelors or graduate degree 
  • Willingness and availability to travel 
  • Proven track record of success in providing high caliber project management services to clients and teams 
  • Ability to self-start and manage multi-disciplinary teams with shifting workloads across diverse projects 
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables 


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. As a 'Best for the World' Benefit Corporation and Employee-Owned organization, Global Prairie offers a best-in-class total rewards package, which includes healthcare coverage, ESOP retirement plan, 401k matching, Health & Wellness stipends and a broad range of other benefits.

  • Expected Compensation Range: $58,000 - $110,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
