This individual will be responsible for leading the creative strategy, conception, design, and execution of innovative plans and tactics. The work will be inclusive of both marcom and advertising needs. Through passion and energy, his/her creative leadership will consistently satisfy client’s and agency’s objectives, both creatively and financially. Additionally, this person will have the chance to supervise others, build client relationships, and grow a specific client roster.

As a senior member of the Creative & Technology group at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for:  

  • Marcom experience and a deep understanding of the interconnection between internal business strategy and external customer advertising
  • Developing and delivering creative work that meets client needs while also keeping an eye on big opportunities the client hasn’t explicitly asked for. This role will require both doing work and leading work.
  • Managing, in tandem with Client Partnership and PM, the overall health, wellness and growth of accounts - including budget, timeline, quality of work, resourcing, etc. 
  • Fostering an environment around collaboration and curiosity that drives excitement and enjoyment with the purpose of exceeding client objectives. We work across functions with a collaborative mindset, and building trusted relationships with internal co-leads is a must.
  • Expanding creative offerings and supports the new business process 

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Experience leading marcom teams as well as conceptual advertising teams
  • Familiarity and interest in agriculture
  • Knowledge of CRM practices (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting with demonstrated increasing responsibility 
  • Experience managing a designated team and working cross functionally with other company leaders 
  • Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in graphic design, advertising, journalism or communications 
  • Willingness and availability to travel  
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style 
  • Multifaceted experience including video production, digital and social media 
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams, collaborating, and working towards a common goal 
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work 

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.   • Expected Compensation Range: $80,000 to $160,000

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
