THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a relationship creator, client navigator, team rallier, and culture builder to join our team as Director, Client Partnership at Global Prairie. We’re seeking a highly motivated professional who has proven success in planning, developing and implementing strategy, and is comfortable leading teams and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate has a depth of expertise in the agriculture industry, and experience with managing integrated marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a senior member of the Client Partnership team at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for:

  • Oversee multiple workstreams, in order to identify and leverage integration points
  • Manage complex projects and nuanced partner relationships
  • Be accountable for ensuring client deliverables are best-in-class and consistent
  • Operate within a cross-functional client and multi-agency partner team
  • Lead internal Client Partnership teams, helping to ensure client goals are met and exceeded
  • Set strategy for projects at the account level, working in partnership with a cross-functional team
  • Work in collaboration with Project Management to ensure budgets, forecasts, staffing mix and key client milestones are met


Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • > 10 years’ experience
  • Prior roles in marketing, data science, consulting, or similar with demonstrated increasing responsibility
  • Bachelors or graduate degree
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Proficient in Microsoft office


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. As a 'Best for the World' Benefit Corporation and Employee-Owned organization, Global Prairie offers a best-in-class total rewards package, which includes healthcare coverage, ESOP retirement plan, 401k matching, Health & Wellness stipends and a broad range of other benefits.

  • Expected Compensation Range: $80,000 to $160,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
