Senior Associate, Team Engagement (Talent Acquisition) (All Offices)



We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our Team Engagement group and drive the recruitment, onboarding, and overall growth of our Global Prairie team. This role will manage multiple job openings at once, focused on identifying top talent and seamlessly integrating them into our greater team and overall company mission. This person plays an integral part on our operations team, working to help us achieve our goal of making Global Prairie one of the most innovative, healthy, employee-friendly, and growth-oriented companies in the world.

As an essential member of the Team Engagement group at Global Prairie, this individual will:

  • Lead our external talent acquisition, including full-time team members, contractors, and interns
  • Collaborates with hiring leads across Global Prairie to draft, finalize and post job descriptions for specific openings
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, outside recruiters, third party job boards, universities, among others
  • Review candidate resumés and qualifications, recommending initial interviews or dismissal
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews at each stage of the consideration process
  • Conduct screening interviews, representing Global Prairie as the first touch point with the candidate, as well as evaluating for role, skill and culture fit
  • Communicate each step of the way with candidates to provide a positive interview process from start to finish
  • Management of Global Prairie’s ATS, keeping it up to date and accurate
  • Lead an external recruitment strategy, always with grounded in DEI
  • Identify new strategies to create a positive candidate and hiring team experience
  • Assist with a variety of the important tasks related to new team member onboarding and offboarding
  • When applicable, serve as the “face” of the Global Prairie office (answer phones, prepare for and greet guests, coordinate shipments, monthly expense reports related to assigned office etc.)


Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Relevant positions in talent acquisition and recruitment within an agency setting
  • Demonstrated success recruiting (and then retaining) talent within a high-growth organization
  • Experience in ATS databases, BambooHR preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments and levels of leadership
  • Bachelors or graduate degree
  • Strong communication skills

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.   • Expected Starting Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
