We’re looking for a well-rounded and energized Associate to join our growing Client Partnership team. In this role, the associate will activate purpose-driven marketing for our clients primarily in the healthcare and/or agriculture industry. An associate in client partnership is the engine that drives our team forward, responsible for client coordination, maintenance of project plans, development of creative communications and analysis of key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is curious, has a strong work ethic and is looking for a fun, purpose-oriented and fast-paced environment.

As a supporting member of the Client Partnership team at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as: 

  • Work within a cross-functional internal, client and multi-agency partner team
  • Deliver high quality work, from project initiation through final approval
  • Understanding of client’s business and project strategy to execute a project deliverable framework
  • Reviewing campaign performance and analyzing successes and opportunities for future optimization
  • Commitment to establishing strong working relationships across roles and functions with integrated internal team
  • Work in collaboration with Project Management to develop and track against project timelines
  • Understand project co-dependencies and connections based upon various forms of internal, partner and client communications
  • Clearly communicate when projects/deliverables/requests have been completed and help initiate related next steps
  • Manage internal and client feedback to various project deliverables
  • Own key project status trackers for internal and external use
  • Drive detailed, nuanced client-driven approval submission processes
  • Draft concise, accurate communications, such as meeting recap, email correspondence project briefs, agenda, status reports for internal and external use
  • Eagerness to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Supporting the development of new proposals and estimates, in partnership with a cross-functional team

 Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate to 5+ years of experience
  • Relevant internships and/or entry level positions in marketing, data science, consulting, or similar
  • Bachelors or graduate degree
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Strong time management skills; ability to follow-through on many matters
  • Team player with a proven ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals
  • Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, and on a team responsible for delivering an integrated marketing campaign inclusive of social media, is a plus

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
