ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Working across our Creative team, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Leading the production of projects in a highly regulated client space
  • Replicating developed creative pieces into varying specs and channels
  • Acting as a source of quality control on all pieces prior to trafficking final materials
  • Finalizing production ready files for final delivery
  • Developing client and company-wide templates for presentations, documents and forms
  • Updating presentations and templates in relation to client deliverables, new business, and internal projects
  • Supporting the development of Global Prairie internal creative project initiatives
  • Understanding of social media like familiarity in Facebook Creative Hub
  • Experience in website file building and familiarity with Sketch
  • Understand the appropriate time needed per task and assists with budget validation.
  • Procures and nurtures relationships with external vendors and helps with the selection process
  • Working across Creative & Technology to support and monitor the output of accurate, consistent materials.

 

Additionally, the ideal candidate has these qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience
  • Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting
  • Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, communications
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams, collaborating, and working towards a common goal
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. As a 'Best for the World' Benefit Corporation and Employee-Owned organization, Global Prairie offers a best-in-class total rewards package, which includes healthcare coverage, ESOP retirement plan, 401k matching, Health & Wellness stipends and a broad range of other benefits.

  • Expected Compensation Range: $58,000 - $110,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
