ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a senior member of the Client Partnership team at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for a variety of digital marketing, social media and integrated marketing tasks, such as:

  • Leading the development of the overarching social media and digital strategy as a part of the greater initiatives and goals
  • Developing the owned, earned and paid social media approach, shaping organic content, influencer engagements and advertising plans within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Set up and manage paid social campaigns across various channels using varied audience targeting approaches in highly regulated industries (e.g. retargeting, CRM custom audiences, first-party data, etc.)
  • Leading projects from kick off to completion as part of a high-functioning, multidisciplinary team
  • Serving as a trusted main point of contact for our clients, leading day-to-day communication and deliverables delivery
  • Defining key performance indicators and have strong knowledge of industry benchmarks and metrics standards
  • Overseeing the overall development of ongoing reporting and performance data, shaping strategic recommendations against campaign goals and objectives
  • Overseeing the development of new project proposals and estimates, in partnership with project management
  • Managing timelines and budgets in partnership with project management team, and overseeing client billing in partnership with finance team
  • Helping to identify new opportunities for business growth, including partnership with integrated teams to build new business proposals

     

    Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

    • Direct experience managing campaigns within regulated industries/verticals - specifically pharmaceutical
    • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Strategic Communications or similar preferred
    • 10+ years of experience in communications, journalism, digital marketing, consulting, or similar positions
    • Demonstration of success planning, managing and executing integrated marketing programs
    • Strong understanding of the latest trends and technical implementation techniques in social media marketing
    • Well-versed in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter advertising; experience in Google Ads; Google Ads certification preferred
    • Experience developing content and executing campaigns across multiple social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
    • Experience with healthcare digital engagement platforms such as Sermo, Doximity, Medscape, a plus
    • Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
    • Proficient in Microsoft office
    • Familiarity with digital tools, including: monitoring (e.g. Brandwatch, Pulsar), influencer (e.g. Buzzsumo), social media management system (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite) and email marketing (e.g. Exact Target) a plus

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

    The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
