This individual will be responsible for leading the conception, design, and execution of innovative visual materials for digital/print advertising and collateral uses. Through passion and energy, his/her creative projects will consistently satisfy client’s and agency’s objectives, both visually and financially. Additionally, this person will have the chance to supervise others, build client relationships, and grow a specific client roster - specific past or current experience within the pharmaceutical industry a must!

As a senior member of the Creative & Technology group at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for:  

  • Working with a specified client roster to support, drive and grow their accounts alongside their Client Partner 
  • Working to create and develop ideas that are on strategy yet continually push boundary of creativity and innovation  
  • Managing, in tandem with Client Partnership and PM, the overall health and wellness of accounts - including budget, timeline, quality of work, etc. 
  • Fostering an environment around collaboration and pushing the team to create high quality conceptual work and creative executions that exceed client objectives 
  • Expanding creative offerings and supports the new business process 

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting with demonstrated increasing responsibility 
  • Experience managing a designated team and working cross functionally with other company leaders 
  • Past or current industry experience within pharmaceuticals 
  • Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, communications 
  • Willingness and availability to travel  
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style 
  • Multifaceted experience including video production, digital and social media 
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams, collaborating, and working towards a common goal 
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds.  The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
