Global Prairie is looking for a high energy and high impact individual who is fluent in German and English to join our Global Prairie team as a 2020 summer intern in our Berlin office. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our teams across our nine offices (Germany, Belgium and USA) to use your talents to help drive marketing as a force for good.

Located at the WeWork Hackescher Markt in the heart of Berlin (Mitte), our Berlin intern will join our team working in a young dynamic environment (with free breakfast, coffee/tea and snacks). Through an array of on the job training and dedicated onboarding, this individual will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position after the completion of the internship. 

This compensated internship is open to rising Bachelor students (min. second semester completed), recent graduates, or Master students ideally with a focus on business and/or communications and will take place from early August through September 2020. Exact dates and duration will be determined based on final candidate’s university summer term/graduation dates.

Working from our Berlin office and collaborating with our teams across all our nine Global Prairie offices, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Assisting Global Prairie team members in the development of client project needs from start to finish

  • Developing skillset in strategy, creative development, social media management, earned media outreach, internal communication, and much more

  • Solving problems through existing knowledge, research and analysis

  • Coordinating activities and office functionality in our Berlin office


  • Rising Bachelor student (min. second semester completed) or recent graduate from university, or Master student between his/her first and second years of business school

  • Enthusiastic, bright self-starters with a proven track record of working as part of a high-performing team

  • Stellar academic performance

  • At least one prior internship experience

  • Willingness to jump in and work hard

  • Exceptional planning, coordination and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Capable of and interested in working in a diverse and international environment
