As a support member of our Project Management team, this individual will track the project details from start to finish – by creating timelines and budgets, coordinating resources, and keeping an eye on the status of project deliverables. As a supporting member of the Project Management team at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the project and resource management team in defining project scopes, creating staff plans, coordinating resources, and creating project timelines

  • Pulling project time reports with preliminary analysis of financial performance

  • Managing the execution of work, which includes tracking ongoing projects and routing deliverables for approval

  • Documenting internal project notes and maintaining regular communication on project status

  • Establishing positive relationships with functional teams, client partnership teams, vendors, etc.

  • Begin establishing confidence and flexibility to be a leader in the midst of a variety of projects and competing priorities

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Recent college graduate to 5 years of experience

  • Prior internship or entry-level positions in project management, resource management, marketing, consulting or similar with demonstrated increasing responsibilityBachelors or graduate degree

  • Willingness and availability to travel

  • Proven track record of organization and time management

  • Ability to self-start and manage multi-disciplinary teams with shifting workloads across diverse projects

  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional

  • Fluency in German a plus
