ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS


As a core member of the Insight & Strategy group at Global Prairie, this individual will be responsible for:


  • Identifying, articulating, packaging, and presenting insights and resulting strategic recommendations for delivery to client
  • Developing brand strategy tools including, audience profiles, brand architecture recommendations, brand positioning deliverables, value propositions, messaging maps, etc.
  • Developing strategic recommendations (and associated deliverables) around corporate culture, customer experience, strategic and business planning, and change management initiatives
  • Designing workshop content and leading workshops
  • Serving as a strategic consultant to internal and external client teams, bringing an insight-based perspective to all recommendations
  • Designing, conducting and analyzing primary and secondary research
  • Developing proposals to effectively showcase recommended approach


Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:


  • 4-12 years’ experience
  • Prior roles in marketing, data science, consulting, research or similar with demonstrated increasing responsibility
  • Bachelors or graduate degree
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Keynote


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.   • Expected Compensation Range: $58,000 - $110,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS


The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
