We are looking to expand our Creative & Technology team with an Experiential Graphic Designer. This team member will work across the Global Prairie client portfolio to take visuals from the concept stage and translate into a physical environment – including comprehensive interior and exterior wayfinding and signage systems, brand experience graphics integrated into interior environments, sponsorship activations and tradeshow brand activations, to name a few!

This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Collaborating with the Creative, Client Partnership, and Insight & Strategy teams to bring conceptual ideas to reality through the creation of original artwork.
  • Leading the visual design development across the Global Prairie client portfolio from kick off through implementation, as it relates to environmental branding, experiential design, and branded interiors.
  • Understanding of architectural scales and drawings to visualize sketches and renderings into final physical environment.
  • Development of 3D renderings for client presentations and proof of concept.
  • Creating client comfortability on the process, verbiage, and technicalities of experiential design projects from start to finish.
  • Establishing relationships with external vendors throughout the lifestyle of the project.
  • Coordinating high quality deliverables on time and on budget working together with Project Management to communicate expectations.
  • Evaluating the appropriate time needed per task and assists with budget validation.

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in experiential graphic design, signage design, 3D/2D graphics, branding interiors, and/or environmental branding
  • Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting with demonstrated increasing responsibility
  • Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or Interior Design
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams, collaborating, and working towards a common goal
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suit skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience in the development and integration of branded concepts into a physical environment
  • Understanding of the various phases and process of experiential graphics

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.   • Expected Compensation Range: $58,000 - $110,000

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
