We are looking for a paid digital media specialist to join our team as Senior Associate, Client Partnership at Global Prairie, with tremendous opportunity to both lead and grow. We’re seeking a highly motivated professional who has proven success in planning, developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns, knows their way around Facebook Ads Manager, can spy an insight through a heap of data, and is comfortable leading teams and managing client relationships.

Working primarily with Directors, Client Partnership, this individual will be responsible for a variety of integrated marketing and digital media tasks, such as:

  • Leading projects from kick off to completion as part of a high-functioning, multidisciplinary team
  • Serving as a trusted main point of contact for our clients, leading day-to-day communication and deliverables delivery
  • Developing, implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, especially within Facebook and Instagram, and also Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Partnering with Director, Content Marketing on additional paid media strategies and campaign activations for paid search, email marketing and direct display advertising
  • Analyzing performance data, generating meaningful insights and shaping strategic recommendations against campaign goals and objectives
  • Conveying data-driven insights through the creation of visual reports
  • Overseeing the development of new project proposals and estimates, in partnership with project management
  • Managing timelines and budgets in partnership with project management team, and overseeing client billing in partnership with finance team
  • Helping to identify new opportunities for business growth, including partnership with integrated teams to build new business proposals

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Strategic Communications or similar preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, journalism, digital marketing, consulting, or similar positions
  • Demonstration of success planning, managing and executing integrated marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends and technical implementation techniques in paid social media marketing, with experience using Facebooks Ads Manager
  • Preference for direct experience managing social campaigns within regulated industries/verticals (i.e. healthcare, pharmaceuticals, federal government, etc.)
  • Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (i.e. Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital tools, including: monitoring (Brandwatch), influencer (Buzzsumo), social media management system (Hootsuite) and email marketing (Exact Target) a plus

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
