This individual will be responsible for the production, design, and execution of innovative visual materials for print/digital advertising and collateral uses. Through energy to learn and explore, his/her creative projects will consistently satisfy client’s and agency’s objectives, both visually and financially. Additionally, this person will have the chance to work across multiple disciplines and grow a variety of skills from branding to digital execution.

Working primarily with the Creative Director, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Responsible for working with the Creative Directors and Art Directors to prepare branded materials for distribution and print
  • Responsible for the development of original branded elements to be incorporated into the brand
  • Works directly with Art Directors to follow internal and external guidelines to cascade direction to a variety of mediums
  • Development of design concepts to final implementation for new and established brands for print and interior applications
  • Maintaining visual appearance, usability and brand continuity across client projects
  • Supporting greater Creative & Technology teams in areas, including brand/identity development, graphic communication, experiential/environmental graphics, research and web design

Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:

  • Recent graduate to 5 years’ experience
  • Relevant internships and/or entry level positions in a creative and/or agency setting
  • Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, communications
  • Willingness and availability to travel
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams, collaborating, and working towards a common goal
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.  Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.  This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
