This individual will be responsible for the conception, design, and execution of innovative

visual materials for print and digital advertising, presentations, tradeshows, collateral uses

and more! Through passion and energy, this individual’s creative projects will consistently

satisfy client’s and agency’s objectives, both visually and financially.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Working across functional teams and Global Prairie office time zones, this individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Working directly with peers and leaders across Creative, Client Partnership, Project Management, and Insight & Strategy to bring conceptual ideas to reality through the creation of original artwork
  • Concepting and brainstorming creative visuals within a larger campaign based on a creative brief
  • Working across multiple mediums, elevates visual storytelling to meet the client’s marketing objectives, while adhering to client brand standards
  • Creating a cohesive design look & feel for a multitude of deliverables, including social media, email, web, print, tradeshow booths, presentations, and collateral
  • Demonstrating a strong attention to detail when tasked with complex technical information
  • Incorporating feedback from the Creative Director and Client Lead to enhance the design and meet the client’s objectives
  • Coordinating high quality deliverables on time and on budget working together with Project
  • Management to communicate expectations
  • Instilling passion within all work and seeks to infuse original ideas to others within the agency


Additionally, the ideal candidate has these qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ professional design experience
  • Prior roles in a creative and/or agency setting with demonstrated increasing responsibility
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelors or graduate degree, preferably in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, communications
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
  • Multifaceted experience including print, presentation materials, video production, digital and social media
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams, collaborating, and working towards a common goal
  • Positive outlook, collaborative spirit and passion for producing exceptional deliverables
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work


The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. As a 'Best for the World' Benefit Corporation and Employee-Owned organization, Global Prairie offers a best-in-class total rewards package, which includes healthcare coverage, ESOP retirement plan, 401k matching, Health & Wellness stipends and a broad range of other benefits.

  • Expected Compensation Range: $58,000 to $110,000
